Hi! I am Patty Lighthall, the owner of Blooming to Grace. 


In 2015 I  started the wedding floral part of my parents’ business Bumble Bea’s Garden and from there I became immersed into the world of weddings. I am the lead designer for their floral business yet I wanted more out of it.. I wanted to expand beyond just flowers and be there when the couple says I do! The feeling of wanting to lend my creative talents from beginning to the end of a wedding was building up inside of me. So long story short.. I decided to branch out from being the lead designer of wedding florals for my parents business and started my own wedding planning business. That’s how Blooming to Grace was born!  I just can’t wait to start planning your special event!

Supporting small and local businesses is dear to my heart. I am excited to share that in your weddings or events!


A little info about my personal life: I am a proud mom of two very beautiful girls. If I’m not planning your wedding or arranging your event you can find me at the Wenatchee Farmer’s market on Saturday from May-Oct making bouquets for Bumble Bea’s Garden!


Blooming to Grace’s ultimate goal is to make wedding and event planning time easy and fun. Wedding and event planning can be a very tiring and emotional process; we would love to be there for you to lean on and help guide you in every step. At the end of the day it’s all about making your vision come to life and celebrating it with you too.

Month of Coordination|Event Management 

Starting $2000.00

For the couples that already found all their vendors and been planning for months, but they need someone to help make sure the day of is running smoothly and set up according to their visions. We would create a master timeline. Help and assist with setup. Be in contact with your vendors. Plus 1hr of rehearsal, 1-2 meetings, unlimited emails and/or phone conversations are included.

Add on:


Starting $700.00 

For the couples who are in need of help designing their overall wedding look. 

Putting their visions together and recommending them vendors that can create that.

Cleanup|Service crew

Starting $350.00

At the end of the wedding who will be cleaning up all the garbages, table and chairs, linens etc... and making sure items are going where they are supposed to? We can help you with that so you and your guests won’t be responsible. We will make sure items that are needing to be returned to rentals or anything like that are all ready to go. We will also make sure your tables are being cleared during dinner and your guests are being attended to.

Extra Assistants

Partial Planning

Starting $2500.00

You have done 50% of the planning and now you need the rest to be completed by us. We are here to get the rest of your vendors or help you wit the design portion of your wedding.Be there on the day of your wedding by bringing your vision to life and executing it smoothly.

Full Planning 

Starting $3500.00


This package is great… we will be there from the moment after you say yes to that ring til the moment beyond after I do. My amazing team will be there to answer any questions, get the ball rolling and designing for the couple special day.

*Unlimited email and phone conversations

*Unlimited meetings

* A check off list of all items that are needed to be done from beginning to end.

*Creating a budget

*Develop your wedding style and provide wedding vendors

*Manages vendors on your behalf

*Venue site visit with the couple at the beginning and 1 final visit prior to the event.

*Vendor and Venue communicates with all vendors within 30 days prior to the event to finalize details and schedule.

*Create day of timeline 

*Stationary coordination by managing your invites by sending them out and checking rsvp

*Help coordinate accommodations if needed.

*Day of coordination Planner and assistant will be on site from start to finish. This includes setup and break down.


*Assistant up to 10 hours
